I gave 3 stars because the customer service I received today was helpful. However, in general, the service of the company has gone downhill drastically. Our phone service rarely is even "4G" although we pay for "5G". The internet, half of the time is like "dial up". Often, it will "time out" before getting connected. We're told we just live in an area where the service is spotty. Whatever the case, we're consistently disappointed.

Long Lines - Rude Staff - Poor Customer Service I have been a Verizon customer for quite a few years. The past few years the customer experience has been lost. Go into the store and ask for any sort of device help and you will be handed a phone number to call. I feel that the only thing this company wants is sales. They no longer care about the customer. I have spoken with managers and have been promised things as simple as a call back with a solution. Do you think they follow through? NO I am forced to call back and wait on hold for hours only to be told all the managers are in a meeting. I will be changing my carrier. Verizon has failed me.

They were super busy with it being a major shopping weekend, but he took his time and made sure we got the best deals we could. Everyone was super friendly and we will definitely be using this store with all of our Verizon needs.
