Great question that I wish more people were asking about and using. And there is a drug disposal unit located directly in front of the pharmacy. So instead of trashing your unwanted medications in the landfill where they seep into our water supply system you can dispose of them safely at Walgreens and i believe it is free.
You can do that by first going to there website and selecting store pickup. You can then pick pretty much anything in the store and then pick it up at the pharmacy drive thru.
9am-9pm Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm on Saturday 10am-6pm on Sunday
The pharmacist says that the CDC has some concerns about the new shot and they are awaiting additional info before deciding to carry that medication.
You should be able to do this but it should be set up thru the pharmacy beforehand.
Best to check the website for current stock and availability.
