I rented a uhaul. Supposedly the night prior someone had siphoned the gas tank leaving it empty. They gave me a 30 dollar credit, which was supposed to bring the tank to 1/4 full. Since it was completely empty, the 30 dollars barely brought it to an 1/8th full. After returning the truck, I ended up being charged 160 dollars for a rental that should have cost less than 100, after spending 70 dollars on gas. I emailed them thursday, asking for a refund of 20 dollars due to extra cost of gas, and instead of responding, they charged me the 160 bucks on friday with no explaination. I then contacted uhaul, who disconnected the chat after a 2 min convo with no explaination, no nothing. So I ended up spending close to 250 bucks for a rental that at most should have been half of that, gas included. Go to tires4 less instead to rent your uhaul, or use budget or something else. Uhaul is trash

We got home to a flooded first floor (we live on a slab so this is our living area). Our insurance company contacted ServPro. They were here within the hour. Our first floor is fully carpeted. They began the water removal then the carpets. Dan and Amy came over on Sunday to begin the process then Ramon and Jeffrey spent the next 2 (extremely hot) days removing carpets, carpet pads, clean up, etc. They were professional, friendly, on time and handled the heat with no complaints. We hope we never have to use their services again; however, we DEFINITELY would call them if we need them.
