They'll definitely find help U and tell U/family Exactly where to go to get the right, and all assistance. They only take single homeless males, and that's only in the winter. I don't believe they take in families. But call them first. They maybe able to help U/family with w. Something else. So much help this City provides is ridiculous! The best in the World 🌍. I heard about the Bowery Mission through a Christian Radio Station. The Radio Host was doing fundraising for the Bowery Mission which I Donate to. The Host does interviews with Men & Women that have been helped there. Sounds like the people that work there are caring people and there are many programs that help give you a new start in life. You can call them.

Yes. Tuesdays and Fridays at 1:30pm, but you need to get a ticket before 11am. It's the best selection of men's clothing of any of the missions/churches that I've been to in NYC.

The Bowery Mission serves the homeless of New York by providing meals, shelter, medical care, showers, and life-transformation programs to those in need. They have residential programs for those that choose to stay with them longer. There are two women's centers, two men's centers, and two city camps and a summer camp for children. A lot of people get involved through churches that are partnered with The Bowery Mission; they'll be happy to have you visit!

Wow, ur a really beautiful person. 2 B honest ; I kno a.bunch of ppl dat give out food dat don't have permits & food handlers certificates (which is wat u'll need) dat hand out food all da time. Howeva ; U can get cited (receive a citation) & have 2 pay a fine if da wrong (azzhole) law enforcement catches U. Dat bein said , if U volunteer @ da Bowery dey can & will assist U wit obtaining da necessary permits but da food handlers certificate u'll have 2 get on ur own, I'm sure dey'll have places U can go 2 get ur certificate but not positive.

Not really. Unless he's getting help fm them, so as to kno his name. A lot of Ppl go there to eat (they serve 3 meals a day here, everyday! 365 days), shower, change clothes, ect. And they do asist w. housing, public Assistance/more. So unless they kno of him, there's no way to kno if he goes there. Even if he does go there, they might not kno who exactly, he is. Ppl have same name sometimes🤔..So good luck. God Bless you...

Bowery has her own schedule for taking in New intakes into the 21 days programs. That's on every Tuesday after the breakfast to see Pastor Ali.

They have a 30 days program, but before you come in, you may be accommodated to lay on the floor mat until you are accepted into the 30days program where you well be assigned a bed. The request for the 30days program is done every Tuesday morning after breakfast.

Between the hours of 7am to 7pm, everyday, Bowery Missions accepts any kind donations. Cause you will always find someone at the reception who will attend to that.

Our services, communal and residential programs are well managed and staffed by dedicated professionals who are committed to the safety and well being of our client base. As in any communal setting one needs to exercise wisdom as to items of importance, overall there is minimal incidences.
