This place is filthy n the staff steals things. I got assaulted and nothing was done about it. They also supposedly lost my belongings. The office staff even steals the medication they ask to hold. This Shelter needs to be SHUT DOWN. THE SUPERVISOR N DIRECTOR ARE DOING A HORRIBLE job.

No help at all from the workers I've had my voucher for 3 months and found several places my case worker is not processing my paper work this shelter is terrible I wake up with injection marks that are turning into a rash I am not on any medication and do not take any injections I should not find marks on me when I wake up I have no place to go if I leave I will be on the street but at this point the street don’t seem so bad

This rate is for Ms. Williams. The CNA/supervisor. She did her best in a distasteful system DHS. This building isn’t worth going. I rather live on the streets suffering with my medical health issues. This place is worse then a common DV case. It’s torturing staff and clients. The shelter system DHS doesn’t know how to operate. It’s no one fault. We are in real life Hunger games with DHS. I choose street homelessness than shelter living. Thank you

watch her videos to see the treatment these women go through, from the male staff violating their privacy, to wrong medical diagnosis, to unsanitary environments and unkind workers— by far HORRIBLE. do better.

I’m there right now and if u want to experience what hell looks like just come to this shelter. The staff they are worse than the client! Some one needs to report what going on here to DHS. And ppl stop being bias talking about the place is ok it’s no period. After what I’m going through with them right now I would never advice anyone to come in that type of situation.
I was here; you had to be out by 9AM; and was not able to come back in until...5PM...What are you suppose to do?
I drop off items at the entrance by the metal detector often, the guards tell me to leave them there by the trash cans you will usually see multiple bags there.
Why DHS? They're fake just a paper entity They would throw your complaint in the trash

The rooms are cold and the bathroom is freezing. Its terrible there.
