Stopped to do a load while traveling. Parking is sparse, but a fantastic location to enjoy a quick bite or beer while laundry is in. Facility is clean and the attendant was awesome! Will definitely be a regular stop while on business in Seattle.

Great place to do laundry! We were able to get wash and dry done quickly. It was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait for machines. There's an ATM, quarter machine, bathroom for customers, vending machine, and wifi! You can even pay with your phone. Would definitely come back if I needed to.

Great staff very friendly and the machines that they have are amazing and can cut your laundry time and cost in half and they don't do a half cockamamie washed the machines are very good and can get your cloths really clean in half the time and the cost of washing and drying is way cheaper then more then half of these other shops around Ballard by far so and your things are safe while they are there I've never had a single thing stolen and I have had days where it took me a couple hours to make it back to get my stuff I left there to wash due to people's bad driving or my own stupid mistakes of misplacing my key ect ect so over all id give this place a 9 out of ten and the only reason it's not getting a ten is cause there is some less then friendly people who will steal your car or more if your not careful always around cause the Goodwill is across the street

Best laundry place ever. I’ve been to many cities and this was the best wash ever. The employee was very helpful and the other customers were super nice and friendly and made me feel welcome like I’ve been here my whole life. Being new to Seattle and using a public wash was here was actually a fun experience and my clothes are nice and clean. I even got a nice bag with the logo to transport my clothes instead of the trash bag I had used lol The machines and prices are good, the later hours helped me out so much. Ill be back very soon. Thank you!Anthony, I'm so happy that you had a great experience. We are lucky to have customers like you!

Yes, they do. The hours for this service are shorter than the machine wash hours and they charge by the pound for regular laundry. Their website has a very comprehensive list of the prices for their services for the wash and fold as comforters and such can be more expensive.
They have multiple sized washers and dryers. There's huge ones which can easily handle comforters, sleeping bags, dog bed, etc. Plan on around $6 a load I believe for those. There's parking out back, too. The attendants are super helpful if you're torn between the XL and XXL machines.
A regular wash is $3.25, and about $1.25 to dry. We also have larger washers and larger dryers.
If they have a rubber back, then the rug shouldn't be put into a machine. If it doesn't have a rubber back and it is just woven, I'd imagine that the only thing you'd need to consider is size/weight. Their large capacity Queen Machines are big enough to handle things like sleeping bags and giant comforters and could probably handle a woven rug about 5x6.
We do not have a delivery service. Our drop-off attendants are on duty 9am to 10pm daily (except holidays) to take in laundry. Thanks for reaching out to us.
I am sensitive to detergents and only use sensitive/free & clear formulas. I have not had an issue with the machines at Lunar not rinsing clean and exposing my clothes to someone else's detergent. I have had this issue with machines elsewhere though, but that wasn't an industrial machine.
For a regular wash our 4 load machines are $5.75 and our 6 load machines are $7.75. Adding extra wash time is 25¢ more and extra wash time with an extra rinse is 50¢ more. The six load machine is big! If you have large comforters or lots of clothes it is the one for you. All our front load machines can be loosely filled to the top of the drum. Thanks for asking.
You can use whatever you want. They have some of both kinds to buy. It's less expensive to bring your own.
