Haven't read other reviews, so it's unclear why this is rated under 4 stars. This place is clean, machines are new, parking is easy, and a Starbucks is across the street in this quiet neighborhood. The owner was present and actively manages. Cards are accepted. He offered me a water bottle free of charge and was very friendly.

Oh wow... Many of the washer and dryers are broken, the place itself is not very clean, but most of all the manager(?) of this place makes me so uncomfortable. Looked like he didn't wash for a while, and he was keep telling me to do things on his ways. It even felt like condescending. I don't think I'm going to visit this place again, ever.

It's not bad. The attendant is a nice guy but a little rough around the edges. I came in while on a long trip and needed to wash my clothes before I left Seattle. The way it operates is he pays with his own card and then you just pay him for the machines you use. At first I thought he was trying to scam me because like I previously mentioned, he's a bit of a character. But all in all it was a good experience and I got the job done.

No one working when I arrived. Three gentlemen hanging out inside, all maskless. One of them directed me around the corner and asked me if I was dropping off. Asked me to fill out a small slip of paper and that he would let so and so know. No receipt, no documentation of what was being dropped off. Against my better judgment I left three large bags of clothing. All was laundered and available later that day but the folding job was horrible. Clothing was folded inside out. Socks mismatched. Garmets folded inconsistently. Very unprofessional operation. Do not recommend.
