Make sure you ask for a bag. They let me buy an expensive item on a rainy day without mentioning that in order to get a bag I have to buy it. The manager insisted I need to pay for the bag, and I needed to get back in line so they could run my credit card for a bag. I said how about mentioning that during the sale so I could have gotten it then. It was like talking to the wall.

Turned my computer in for repair/replacement was miss informed about the capability of a lap top being able to handle the memory on that was my old desk top long story short ended up buying a new desk top I had a Seagate back up drive that worked fine with my old computer but when I tries to use it with new one it was no dice.....back to best buy I go .....we can't help you your Seagate drive is too old .....did you have an appointment....I purchased a Geeksquad coverage that was supposed to help me I thought......smh.....woe is me woe is me .......all those music files an movies 🎥 just sitting there saved an can't open them......thank you Best Buy........smh

This is one of the two high end Best Buy’s in the area, this store and Sunset Strip store have more selection on display than other CAK Best Buy stores. I’d give 5 stars if anyone had asked if I needed assistance.

Extremely happy with Jarrod from the in-home team, who helped us select and find an LG Fridge and Kitchen-Aid Induction cooktop. He spent a lot of time with us finding what we wanted within our budget. Induction cooktops are very hard to find but he searched until we got one we wanted. Delivery was easy and everything went off as promised. Highly recommend him and will use him in the future!

What is your question? I found the staff at Best Buy more than went out of their way to help me out. Maybe there was a misunderstanding of some sort but my experience was very positive.

Chrome cast can be used via the app on your phone. I would recommend the remote for ease of use. The only way to get channels is to download apps such as ATT TV and various other premium streaming services or free app such as Tubi.
