I had ordered a washer and dryer bundle, the washer showed up with scratches on both sides of it. Tried calling Best Buy for the past 4 days to be told someone will call you back. The customer service is horrible….

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a computer and it had to go be repaired. I bought the full protection plan and total tech service. I got an email telling me my device was eligible for an exchange because they could not fix my computers operating system. When I spoke to the representative that initially took my computer before sending it for repair, they told me this happens often with the HP and if the operating system could not be repaired I would receive a full refund. An actual refund of the cash value not a store credit. When I finally got a hold of someone at Best Buy after going through customer service several times to try and request a call back, the manager told me they could only issue a store credit and I would still have to pay for my computer that they could not give back to me and they didn’t know if they even backed up my device before sending it off. This computer was my primary computer so the back up is critical. I have requested a call back several times and the store refuses to call me back at this point. The manager I did speak with said he would call me back that same day after he had spoken to the representative I worked with in the store and he has yet to call me after several business days. I am still in complete limbo and have no idea if I am getting anything back at this point. I have tried calling corporate and they send me two more customer service agents and they could not even find my order so that was useless. The representative gave me an extension and said to call back the same number he called me from and there is no option to even enter an extension. I am out almost $1500 and no one will call me back. The worst service I have ever experienced. To add to this, apparently you can’t even call the store that you bought your device from and you were automatically routed to Customer Service agents. So even if I wanted to I cannot call my local store and speak with the manager but instead have to continue requesting callbacks which they are ignoring at this point. All I want is my money back and no one is willing to help me.

Went in to purchase a new smart t TV. Found what I wanted. Sales person was very helpful and did not push me to purchase more than what I wanted. Got the total tech package. They will deliver and set up my new TV and haul the old one away. Will update this after delivery!

Nice selection of products at reasonable prices. I tried to get someone to assist me as I wanted to buy a laptop that evening. It took way too long so I walked to the store next door and was greeted by a friendly person in less than a minute. So I purchased the laptop elsewhere. I think this store has enough business that they don't care about Customer Service. I would recommend shopping around.
