Why is it that my Roku tv wants 70.00 for activation. It seems to me I should have been given that information before I bought it. I wouldn't have bought it.

Well, Alicia you should have went online before you bought it. All Roku tv's need to be activated after you buy them. I have a 55" one that I love! I rarely have to use my Hp laptop, because that's built into it. You just have to sync it with any pc. If you own one.
