Would not recommend Men’s Wearhouse to anyone with a big wedding party. We were sold a suit for 8 groomsmen, 2 dads, and the groom. And almost everyone had to jump through hoops and look consistently to get the sizes they needed. I understand that supply chain issues have come up because of Covid but I don’t think it’s wise to sell a suit and shirt that is not in stock for a big wedding party. To add on to that, our group got canceled without our knowledge and it was a mess changing the group number for our wedding party. The process of getting these suits was the biggest issue I had throughout the whole wedding planning process. Look elsewhere if you can!!!

Extremely slow customer service, even though workers outnumbered customers. Very unhelpful with sizing suits. All other groomsmen in party received a wedding discount at other locations and they insisted at this one that we did not.They are moving locations soon so I am sure these reviews will disappear. It is absolutely worth the drive to another Mens Warehouse location.

How disappointing. I have shopped at the men's warehouse for a long time and have spent lots of money. Recent experience will make sure that I never return. I felt like I was in a Shady warehouse buying a suit. I bought a suit and then was told that I needed to take it to another store to get the alteration done. I Understand there in a temporary location But they don't have a shuttle to take a suit across town. That was the reason for me going to my local men's wearhouse Like I have for 20 years and not to haft to go across town for alterations. Used to go in and would have extremely clean facility nicely organized with organized with clean staff. This is a complete s--- show.

I would not recommend this location to anybody. My son got married this past Saturday, March 12, 2022 and the only issues we had was with the tuxedos. Everybody came in two days before the wedding and 5 out of 7 of the tuxedos needed to be altered and/or reordered. I understand little alterations but the measurements they took on the men were not even reasonable close. So needless to say I had to come the day of the wedding to pick up all the tuxedos. When I got to the venue, 2 hours before the wedding, the groomsmen began to get dressed only to find out that we were missing a tux. When I picked up the tuxes they gave me one of the groomsmen shoes but not his tux. So I called the manager at the Olentangy River Road location and he acted like I was inconveniencing him. I literally had to have a guest that was here from Florida to go get the tux. To make it even better, we ordered a size 2 in shoes for the ring bearer and they gave us a 12, which he couldn’t even squeeze his foot into so I had to borrow from a guest that was there for the ceremony. I’ve emailed the corporate office and talked to managers and absolutely nothing. All tuxedos were still full price, no remorse nothing. Giving them a “1” is giving them way too much credit.
