Hi Jan, Yes, there are Park Models for rent. You may find a list of rentals in our front clubhouse on the bulletin board posted by residents. The office will not know this information as it changes continually. Rentals are handled by the individual owner, not Recreation Plantation. Please note, you must register with the office if you rent a park model. For 911 purposes, we must know who is in our park at all times, including renters. Feel free to call the office with any additional questions or concerns. Thank you, Management
The Internet works good pretty much all the time. It's not a shared wifi network. Each lot gets they're own modem supplied by the office with a deposit until returned.. or you bring your own cable modem and plug it in. I have my own modem and it gets a steady 45mbps down and 2 up. This is enough that I stream all my TV and music. Compared to every other Rv park I'm familiar with I would give it an excellent rating.
I believe the address I have is 609 Co Rd 466 Lady Lake, FL 32159
It's an 18 and over (adult) park. No children allowed other than to visit and that has restrictions too.
No we are in land
They use cable internet at all spaces.
Yes
This is winter season about 2-3 weeks Jan and feb
The Villages has plenty shops, to rent from Just inquire the best offer.
No, only the monthly fee. If you have a street legal golf cart you can cross the road into the villages. There are a number of golf cart businesses and some rent, most buy.
No
Didn't while we were there, but I assume so. They have a full maintenance staff.
They do not have tent sites anymore.
There are some people who use the clothes hangers that attach to the ladders and yes they are allowed.
Hi there I am most positive Elaine that flag poles are allowed! I live here at the park and I see a number of them from the small garden ones to the large ones, fixed in the ground.
March 2nd 8am
I believe you can come regardless.
Not yet, stull under construction Oops! Still under construction
Recreation plantation has just opened up a new section for Eva/campers.
It does not vary throughout the park. You would have to visit the park, go to the office and they will give you a map and ask you to pick 3 sites. Once that happens you will fill out paper work for an annual resident. The park is a great place to live. There is so much to do and everyone is friendly.
Jerry is 100% right. You would have to come to the park or have a friend come to the park to get that information.
Joanna is right. The park does not own the park models. Individuals own them. There is a rental board in both clubhouses that people use to put there rentals up. You would have to come to the resort to see what is for rent.
That 530 a mth encludes tv and internet, alsowater andsewer
There should have been a contact number on the for sale sign. If not then call the office tell them the lot number and ask for the owners number.
This time of year they are full with it being snow bird season but they have been working on opening a new section so they may have space but it is pricey.
What is the office phone # ? Please. Thanks for your reply. Thank you.
Tracy Carney listed the rates. They are pretty close to other parks in the area which aren't as nice. Also includes park system cable TV and internet.
They do not have rental campers. Hope that helps.
They have the sewer and water pipes in the ground but you will need to call the park to inquire when the new section will be open. I would think the new section will have sites available and I know they are working hard to get it open! I worked there for 10 years just left in January to be with the grandchildren. Recreation plantation is a great place to be!! Hope this helps but just call the office and ask for debbie or carole.
I am sorry. I don't know much about it. Some oy friends have a winter place there.
