These people went out of their way to get us back on the road when our car (still under warranty) broke down. They managed to source the part and get us back on the road the next day. ... the car dealership where we bought it told us they couldn't even look at it for 2 weeks. I had as smooth a process you could ask for! They were quick with the diagnostic, ordered the part and got it in a day! Everything was told up front so no surprises at all. But mostly, in this crazy time we live in, they got me in and finished in 2.5 days! Just incredible since I did check many other places and it was a week+ just to see the vehicle. Absolutely wonderful auto body shop. I had a situation with Tire Kingdom where they messed up my car and refused to accept responsibility. Ray and Jenn went out of there way to do everything they can to help me. They got my car towed from the shop and tried to help me fight Tire Kingdoms insurance company. They got my car fixed and back running in perfect condition.
