Don't go here.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever worked with. They can't keep anything strait. And they'll be quick to throw attitude.

**posting for a loved one** This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. They bully patients and say things like, "If you dont pay 'x' amount (never the same price, always fluctuates even for the same services) you will NOT see your doctor." By withholding services to patients, it is causing some to miss their proper medication. The patient care coordinator(s) do not keep their files sorted properly, have poor communication skills, and simply shouldn't be working in the patient care field. The front desk workers seem to change biweekly. It can be hard to get ahold of someone by phone. Services as such are unacceptable. Some have been fighting and struggling for years to get to a point of seeing doctors, we don't need places like this one, hurting LGBTQIA+ community members by withholding appointments, not refilling meds needed for proper transitions, etc... This place needs a new system. Its putting patients at risk day after day. Do not recommend for LGBTQIA+ services!!! If you do plan to use this places services, keep copies of every single file and payment you make with this place. Keep yourselves on the safe side!

I tried dialing 1500 and no one picks up either. I had an appointment for lab work and my lab request was never sent to Quest. I tried calling and leaving messages to no avail. It's impossible to get I reach with them and I have an appointment to review said blood work in 2 weeks.
I left a message and someone had to get back to me.
