I have been a patient here since my diagnosis, i see Debbie the nurse practitioner and i love her. I feel terrible writing this review because i love her so much but The reason for my 2 stars has nothing to due with her. Its due to the fact that i can never get a hold of someone or a call back anymore this is my second time spread out by months that i tried reaching out to them about concerns with my MS and i never receive a call back. Ive gone through so many call centers that have transferred me to them, I've called their office, I've left one message as asked in the automated response and I’ve waited 24 hours and nothing. This is a unpredictable disease and new things pop up all the time i shouldn’t have to hunt down my doctors office the way i have to with this office to get confirmation that what I'm feeling is normal or if i should go to the hospital. After almost 5 years of being a patient here Im seriously considering starting my search for a new neurologist.

If their office can’t even simply answer a telephone call for new patient I definitely don’t want to give them my business. You get a runaround on the automatic system and when you get to the new appointment it’s sends you to a voicemail that doesn’t even record voicemails because the mailbox is full. So it’s been a bad experience from the beginning. If you’re a new patient don’t even waste your time!

I am trying to get a new patient appointment and every time I call the number I get an automatic run around. If it's this hard just to get a real person on the phone I don't think I want to become a patient there!

I have Florida blue personally but I would call their office and leave a message to find out. They dont always answer the phone when you first call but they should get back to you with an answer. I think most of these big hospitals like Orland health would take a plan like that but not sure??? Otherwise use your insurance portal online or call your insurance first to find out, that's what I usually do.
