Yes they do but there is a extra fee for taking some electronic items.
You can purchase a permit at the recycling center, it is $20 for the year and not prorated. You also have to pay a fee per pound for garbage dropped off. It can get expensive to throw stuff away. You can use the Hurley recycling center even if you're not a resident but there is an extra charge. Make sure you wear a mask, it is still required there.
