complete disrespect for patients. my appointment was scheduled for 1:15 pm and until 3:10 pm the doctor did not call me, I have been a patient for over 2 years Dr. Franc is amazing but the disorganization is absurd. I wasn't even warned at check-in that there would be a delay like this, I was with my 2 year old baby which makes a wait like this impossible.

Center of very bad attention, misinformation and long wait. Where they play with the need and the time of the patients to make a profit. Being in said center I witnessed the discontent of several patients who left the place without being attended and dissatisfied. Place that I do not recommend to anyone to receive medical attention

It seems to me a huge lack of respect towards patients... you wait very long to end up not even having good care... lack of information about how the consultations work and prices... it's embarrassing to say that they are Cuban doctors those who work there... doctors without humanity and without empathy
