Stay far away. The staff is good, but the physicians are terrible. They do not care about their patient or their opinions for treatment. My time speant seeing Dr.Rentas was like talking to a brick wall. I did not feel heard or listened to. I'm so glad I was able to break away from this place!

I was in very capable hands at Mindful Behavioral Healthcare! "Everybody was exceptionally great, and it is good to be treated well since you are the patient needing assistance. Mindful Behavioral Healthcare has a caring, smiling, and great staff and is a great environment for patients. I will keep on coming here when my family specialist isn't free. I was in capable hands with doctor Charneco and her many Psychiatrists, they were very thorough and treated me like I was part of the family."

My experience in this place is terrible. I was referred to this medical group in 2019 it is the closest to my house but from 2019 to present my son (who is the patient) has been seen by five psychiatrists (Dr. Meléndez, Dr. González, Dr. Ruiz, Dr. Orville and Dr. Gaztambide). The last doctor was awful, he attends my son in just 10 minutes (and my son going through a mental crisis, that the one who took his vitals realizes it) and the doctor does not realize that the patience is going thru a mental crisis and the only thing he did was prescribe the prescription and sent him home. The Doctors do not get to know their patients, there are no links between doctor and patient. Without the continuance of the same doctor the doctors won't see a progress on the patience. This medical group employees have NO EMPATHY, they don't sympathize with the patient's situation and their family environment. The only thing that moves this corporation is MONEY and prescribing medications to favor pharmaceutical companies. Their services are totally contrary to their Mission of the company. They mention the “well-being of all, a dignified supportive professional environment, providing evaluation, treatment, education and training” and that is the least they offer. They build up bigger frustration to the relatives that are dealing with the mental crisis of the patience we feel helpless. My experience in this place is terrible.
