My experience in Family Life Service it is wonderful from the Front desk girls to Miss Janette all of the staff are very nice and amazing I Love them they all good people Mrs Heningburg I am very proud that I go their at anytime cause they treat me very nice. A place that does not help, my cousin agreed to call her and they never did, it was always the same old story that they were going to call her. Terrible service. A place that doesn't help, my cousin was told they would call her back multiple times and they never did. Terrible service.

The receptionist is a liar who mumbles and is incoherent and sarcastic and hypocritical she’ll say anything to get you off the phone she won’t do anything to actually get you an appointment she is the worst my friend works for the county in mental health and says this clinic is known for being terrible and the receptionist uncaring, everyone there is uncaring.

I’ve been trying to get therapy since January. They told me I had to wait until February and when I called, they said they would call me back. Weeks pass and someone calls me to get my insurance approved AGAIN when they’ve done that process twice already. It is now almost March. These people are unprofessional and uncaring, I really needed therapy and they played with my time, telling me I would get a session and never following through. The lady who answers the phone, I can barely understand her, she doesn’t know where she’s standing, head in the clouds, and a total liar. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE MORE PROFESSIONAL. THESE PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS.
