Yes you're able to bring your own kayak. Please keep in mind you would have to carry your equipment from the parking lot down to the springs. No additional charges just admission

Not really. A small roped area only about 2 feet deep. Take the short drive to the headspring up river. Be aware though that the swimming area there, while crystal clear, will be over your head and pool noodles or some type of life jacket are the only flotation devices allowed. Enforced by the fun police.
Kayak... yes... if you are staying at the campground. John Boat... I doubt it. Try KP Hole Park across the river.
