My wife and I went here to get a skate board for our grandson for Christmas. We don't know anything about skate boards, and told Alex as such. We trusted him and asked him to put a skateboard together for us. Came back 30 minutes later and the board was finished. He explained all the parts of the skate board and why he used them. Very happy with the service and professionalism of Alex,

The customer service here is AMAZING. They made me feel so welcomed and are always asking so many questions LOL me and my daughter were there yesterday and Lisa really helped my daughter out with t shirts(even though she couldn’t stop picking them up) The employees seemed to have fun and love their job great environment to go shopping!

I have been coming to this Zumiez for the past year and every time I come in it gets better and better. The store manager Ashley is always so helpful to me and my grandkids. Patient and understanding that as a grandmother I struggle to know what it is I am purchasing. Her staff is so helpful and great with choices and even talking with me. Thank you 😊
