Just for Camper's, as you need a gate code to enter Campground. You can however rent tubes from the park tube rental down the road. They will then bring you up river to the launch and you can float back. You can also launch across the river at KP Hole park. I believe it's five dollars per person. I would also recommend Rainbow River Canoe & Kayak in Dunnellon. You can bring or rent a kayak, leave your vehicle there and they will shuttle you to KP Hole and you kayak back.
