Mary, The owner of 2nd Chance Home Furnishings, came to our home on a Tuesday (5/4/21) and gave a price for a dining room table and hutch set to be on consignment. Mary said she could not pick up the furniture until 5/13/21. My husband called Mary on 5/12/21 to confirm she was picking up the furniture. She stated Cannot pick it up until after 5/18/21. Again no response. So my husband left a message this morning (5/20/21) asking her to call us back by 4:00 p.m. It is now 6:30 and no call back!!!!!! Is this a business for her or a hobby? Extremely disappointed in this Company. Very poor communication with the customers I want to tell you that Mary called me the next day and Was very apologetic for the mix up. They have made up for the mix up and cut her commission. They were here today, Saturday, May 22. 2021 to pick up the dining room set. We r very happy with their response. I will use them again and shop at their store and tell my family and friends how well they took care of us. Thank you Mary & Ray for all you did for us. 2nd Chance should be your First Choice!
