My wife and I are regulars at First Watch, this location was one of our favorites. We attempted to dine here last Friday, but were highly disappointed by how we were treated. We joined the waitlist as usual upon arrival and waited to be seated outside. We waited patiently as not one, but three new guess’ arrived after us and was seated without wait. When I asked the hostess if our table was coming up soon, she exclaimed she forgot we were waiting. I thought that was the purpose of the waitlist. So I thanked her for her lack of service and we departed for Metro nearby. :-((
