Without question the absolute worst customer service I've ever received and the rudest employees I've ever interacted with. I paid for a blinds measurement appointment weeks ago, and I called to confirm the appointment date a couple of weeks later. I was transferred to home decor department, and they told me I had to speak with Cabinets department. The Cabinets department told me they don't handle blinds and know nothing about it. I can say the woman in the Cabinets department wasn't rude. She told me it was crazy that home decor would transfer me to cabinets, and she said she was transferring me back to home decor. I had already been on hold for 30 minutes, and while waiting on hold again to be transferred to back to home decor someone picked up the phone and hung up abruptly. I called back and connected with the home decor department, and I connected with the rudest customer service employee I've ever interacted with. The man had zero regard for the fact that I've already paid for the measurement appointment, was snarky and condescending, and had no interest in helping me. By far the worst Lowes I've ever dealt with and without question the rudest employees I've ever interacted with aside from the kind lady in the cabinets department.
