My daughters and I went to the Florence SC location for the first time. We received awful customer service. We called prior to arriving to inquire about adoption. When we arrived, we were informed they gave us inaccurate information and would not be able to assist us. The attitudes of the ladies in the store were a poor reflection of how anyone should be treated. Called the Customer Service number to file a complaint and was advised to expect a follow up call in 2-3 days. Two weeks later, I had to call the number back, only to be told they had not properly filed my complaint and to cotinue waiting for a follow up. Terrible experience

The place is absolutely crazy!!!. They literally charge whatever they want to charge for grooming. First of all , some of the staff are rude and look at you funny. When I set my appointments up they charge one thing and the next time charge some else adding some fees for supplies. or whatever. I’m like when they started this… they didn’t use supplies before ? Why are they charging for this all of a sudden ? The last time made me furious!!!. I scheduled my appointment charging me 50 dollars which is normally the exact price. Went there and they charged 55 dollars. I had no cash on me and no credit card.I live all the way across town and ask them if I could pick up my dog and give them the remaining Balance before closure they said no very rude. I had to get someone to bring me extra money and then once I had the extra money, they change and added more money to the cost. I’m like what ??? . I’m looking for another groomer immediately!!!

Found what I was looking for and Danielle (associate at the register) price matched the website price. Great customer service and a great selection of products to keep my elderly dog in tip top condition.
