I've been seeing Gina Hall-Ingalls as my primary care provider for almost 5 years. At first my visits were just regular check-ups, but in the last 2-3 years, I have needed her help addressing some new and chronic health conditions. Gina takes all of my concerns seriously, spends as much time as needed to fully understand the issues, and works with me to find the best medical solutions. Gina's office treats her patients as if they were part of her family and I always feel like they take an interest in my concerns. Although Gina is a nurse practitioner and not a doctor, she can offer all the services a doctor can provide except for prescribing narcotics. Horrible place to go. She was totally cold, totally uncaring and unable to listen to my needs. She doesn't seem to have any/much empathy for people with panic or anxiety disorders and she basically triggered a ptsd episode in me within 5 mins of meeting her. I had to excuse myself and leave. Never had an attitude like that from any physician before. Her inability to listen or show compassion is more than apparent.
