It’s nearly impossible to get them to send your records where you need them to in order to get vital tests. You call and get switched to the department you supposedly need only to hear it ring and ring and ring. I get it. You’re busy. How about allowing a person to leave a message and get a call back. (Oh like they’d call back) Ha! My Mom and husband & I are looking for a new Dr. Hopefully a Dr that gets involved in your health care that you see more than once a year. If that.

I called for an appointment, they recommended to come in for a walk-in appointment. I arrive to check in, the said I had to wait in my car. I’m sick with a cold and already uncomfortable. An hour goes buy, still no text. I go back in, I was able to sit in the foyer. Almost 20 minutes later I received the text. Waited another 10 minutes. A very nice nurse practitioner came in and was very apologetic. If they would have informed me of the wait, I would have taken a later appointment at another one of their locations. The receptionist at the front desk was rude and could use some customer service training. I’ve been going to this office for several years. There seems to be communication issues inter office. I will not be going back. I just went to get my prescription, they never sent to the pharmacy. One more reason to find a new doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Davina for about 3 years and have been very pleased with her care. At the beginning of my first visit, I felt that she was in a hurry and rushing through, but quickly realized that was a misperception. She's very energetic and upbeat, but always takes time to make sure that she's answered all questions before she ends the visit. Getting through to the office via phone can be problematic--you seldom get through to a person and have to leave a message. It can be a day or two (sometimes never) before you get a callback. On the other hand, I had an emergency late on a Friday night that fell short of requiring an emergency room visit, but that I felt needed attention. I left a message with the answering service about midnight and received a quick callback from Dr. Davina. 4/30/2022: Since I originally posted this review (about a year ago), they seem to have resolved most, if not all, of the front office issues. I now almost always get a person on the line when I call. If I have to leave a message, I usually get a return call later that day or the next day

I don’t understand how this office works. I called them mid October 2021 for an appointment with the Dr. and I have very good insurance. They gave me the first available one mid December ( that’s8 weeks waiting time, but ok. One day before my appointment they called to inform me they have to postpone by 6 weeks without giving any reason. Fortunately I am living very close by so I showed up the next day and asked the staff if the Dr is in? ‚Sure the whole day‘ they said and I left. Six weeks later I come to my appointment 20min early, in case there is something to fill out. The front staff said, we have to postpone again for 4 weeks because I am late. I say no, I am 20min early and they respond: you have to be here 30min early to fill out 5 pages. Honestly that would take maybe 5-10 min. I think, unless they don’t get rid of their front staff they will not keep their patients. And reading all these negative reviews showed that many other people have the same problems with the staff. Hi, We are very sorry to hear this. We did just get a new phone system and there has been some trouble along the way. We have resumed normal calls now if you are able to call back.
