I had a series of bad experiences with the service department here at Marine Max Naples. I have tried my best to use the service department since I have an extended service plan with my 28 Sea Ray Sundancer. It is a 2017 and is rack stored. I put very few hours on the boat since I live primarily in MIchigan, where I have had many boasts, dealing with many other service departments. They are truly one of the worst I have encountered. The problems I have run into are to numerous to mention, and they have extremely poor communication, never completing service in a timely and thorough manner. My last bad experience involved service to a generator which they claim they repaired, but even though the boat was never run and rack sored immediately after the service, the same problem was present, they claimed to find a new reason for it and charged me another $462.00 to repair it again. Too many frustrating and questionable experiences with this service team.
