An employee at the front desk billed an incorrect credit card on file for me. The bill obviously wasnt paid because they billed the old card on file and they sent me to a collection agency. The management admitted their mistake and promised to fix it. Every time I call I'm met with extremely rude staff and the manager will not return my emails. It's so upsetting that I went to collections for something that wasn't my fault to be talked down to and treated poorly. I even paid the bill with them and they still left me in collections. Completely unprofessional.

Stay away from this company.I’m trying to find words to describe how I feel and SCAMMED is probably the most accurate.They stared the service with cero results with in 4 visits.The technician was never previously informed about the conversations I had with the office.Not even one dead roach ,ant oh spider a total disaster.I’m not sure at this point if he even have any product on that little container he used to walk around my house .I found totally impossible that not even one dead roach .I understand everything takes time but how come we went to Home Depot and with a 3 dollar bottle we had results in less than 30 minutes .I called to cancel the service .But they charge my bank account again this month anyway.when calling to ask why ? They front desk lady said now I another 135 will be coming out my bank account.They transferred me with the manager Anna she never picked up oh called me back .I’m getting all the details together to go with the BBB and the FTC.Someone need to look In to this scam this company is running.Upper management probably doesn’t know .but the new manager Anna at Naples location knows ! Extremely disappointed!
