We went with our Son who has been experiencing extreme anxiety. Bill said he worked with OCD, anxiety and depression. During our initial phone conversation a contract was never spoken of but payment was mentioned several times with package prices. I should have been more diligent and researched. We signed nothing. Bill wanted 1200 up front for 6 one hour to 1.5 hour sessions. Said the first will be 1.5 hours. My Son was not comfortable, did not want to go back and I paid for half of the sessions up front. I asked for a refund of the other 2 sessions. Then all of a sudden was told, this was never disclosed anywhere, that if we canceled then we would be billed $400.00 for the first session so our refund for our sick child would be 200.00. The best part was Bill spent 60 minutes to the second with him, not 90 minutes for $400.00. I am pursuing action on getting our other 200.00 back, it’s a shame. I’m a practitioner licensed with the medical board and I would never do this. I couldn’t find his medical board license when I looked but he said he is a certified specialist. I guess I should have trusted less and researched more. We normally never deal with dishonest people. I would not have said anything if our refund was just given easily. So, if you like this place, great! Depression and anxiety for teens, nope. Get a copy or a contract, we didn’t and get fee schedule up front. Mike and Keri
