Front desk staff very pleasant. Price reasonable. Check in and out was fast. Room we stayed in is clean, roomy, homey, comfortable. I do wish they have black out curtains,especially if your on the first floor. The visitors from the inn across the street could see you through the thin curtain. And if you want to sleep in you can’t because its too bright. But all in all it was a decent place to stay.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. The location is nice on the strip with similar hotels. However, not up to those standards as minimal as they are. Negative: None of the amenities were available. Hot breakfast (nope) Swimming pool (swamp) No towels (2ppl) one set of towels ask for more no way! Plenty of signs of rules that are not posted. These were the reasons I chose this hotel traveling w/ my boys.No cancel

Room was fine, roomy and pretty comfortable and clean, but the service was horrendous. (Except housekeeping they were great) First, the pool was opened limited hours. The lights never came on, so kinda creepy. The hot tub has no heat. Nowhere is this stated. We put of feet in and it was ice cold. Colder than the pool which was chilly but not unreasonable for a hotel pool. However another client was unhappy with it and got into it with the manager on duty, at the pool with myself and child present. The manager proceeded to get into a yelling match with the client, tried to get me involved and I left with my child as we felt unsafe. The continued to have this lovely screaming match into the front desk. Breakfast - don't count on it. It's grab and go style. Limited and kinda icky. Stale bagel and apple slices that were slimy. No drinks. No coffee. Just a bag. Didn't seem to care I had allergies to apples Parking - too many cars they ended up on the grass. Didn't take any info on cars at check-in Also it was extremely loud both nights we were here. Loud talking, music, people in the hallways. Complaints did nothing...

Positive: I've stayed here before several times and the location is good and the price that night was great. The check-in process went well and the clerk was very personable and informative. Negative: It wasn't as clean. There was mold around the Whirlpool in the room. The pool closed at 6pm. The grab & go breakfast didn't offer a drink. Staff was scarce, one person. I was actually kind of disappointed because I had always enjoyed my prior stays here.
