This gym is great! The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful and they never make you feel like you don't belong. The equipment that the gym has is awesome and the people that go mind their business and don't judge like at other places.

On 12/27/21 I joined the Galloway location but after some thinking, decided to back out of the contract. I turned in my contract, a written letter and the key to the Galloway location on 8/29/21 (within the 3 day rule). I have since called once a week because the gym manager has not yet voided the contract and issued a refund. He keeps giving me the run-around and it’s almost been two weeks. This is not good customer service. If I do follow the rules and do things in a timely manner, I expect the same treatment in return.
