Manipulated me into answering questions and didn't let me outside for 2 days straight and since there's no windows in the crisis unit, I was getting claustrophobic, but of course after I told the techs 3 times if we could go outside they said no. The only dude there who gave some actual good advice was Tony, bro deserves a raise.

Horrible wouldn’t recommend due to the way staff treat patients and it makes you worse then better

ZERO STARS WOULD BE MOST ACCURATE. Place is useless, I wont get into details. The reviews are self explanatory. DLC does the bare minimum, all they want to do is to get people in and out of the facility, whether they are ready or not. Instead of providing a long term diagnoses, they'll quickly diagnose, medicate, and then change it 10 more times, and still have no correct diagnoses. A family member of mine was here, under 10 years old, and sadly this is the toxic cycle she had to experience. I feel like the facility made her worse rather then better. She is showing so many signs of not being ready, yet they release her anyways because the minor child feels like she is ready.. this place is pathetic from the front desk staff, to the nurses, all the way to the top, THE DOCTORS. They wont call back, they wont answer questions, they'll ignore you for a week.. god please stay away from this place.

I wouldn't put personal info here, as this is a public question and answer form. I'd start by calling David Lawrence directly at 239-455-8500. Most of their services are walk in to get going, so walking into any of their main offices, they should be able to get you to the intake office and get you started to get help. Personal experience, I don't work there.
