Bad experience. Rented a boat for 4 hours. 45 minuted after leaving, the weather turned and I called the office to ask for a reschedule from the boat. They told me they could not accommodate that. I came back over 2:30 hours early, staff was rude, they would me they would call me the next day and it never happen. After following up multiple times I just gave up. This is one of those places that could not care less about customer experience. I should have paid more attention to the multiple negative reviews.

Store location and actual rentals are in different locations and very confusing. Sales staff was rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and very unprofessional! Unfortunately, for us, the renters, they have a sign stating they’re short staffed so I guess that’s why they’re stuck with her. As a business owner myself, she’d be gone in a New York minute with her bad attitude!

Anywhere you can find a parking spot. Usually in the parking garage
Judy, We normally rent fixed hours. But, if it is a slow day and you come in or call the same day we will work with you on rental hours.
