Airboat ride with Captain Kenny was great. That was 30 min of the 4.5 hour tour. Bus driver/guide did not stop talking for one second and had the most monotonous voice. He was so knowledgeable but the time in the bus was literally painful because of the nonstop talking. Next time, would drive to the boats in our rental car and bypass all of this. PS, someone at the “zoo” needs to take care of the Siberian tiger’s giant cold sore.

The worst experience I ever had. There is no AC on the bus, they drive you 2 hours, and then you have 30 min in the water (only miracle if you see one alligator as we did). And again going back, so we paid 220$ for 2 of us just to be driven in the bus. Do not go here, rent a car and go by yourself you can find a million boats to rent.

What a fantastic operation, I had to cancel our trip do to a family heath problem and they refunded my money no questions asked and were very caring and polite, I will be taking the tour in the future for sure! Customer service like this is rare nowadays

Its about an hour away. Still a very good tour.
Full day is about 6 1/2 hours including lunch. They also have half day trips.
140 a person for the full day tour. Includes lunch, two boat rides, gator show at a sanctuary. Tour is about 6 1/2 hours.
We did the full day tour which also included lunch. The tour was from 9-5. Cost was around $140
