I've been here 6 years, & never have been in a building with so many plumbing problems!!! It's been 22 years in Fl. & I'm actually very anxious 2 get 2 another state...any state!!! This place is falling apart with no custodians or maintenence men on property! There is a crack along the back -01 Apts. Water seeps into that crack & water seeps into your apt. HACFM has been promising us a new state of the art building elsewhere. This has happened 4 the last 4 years! "Waiting on a good lottery #, which gave been too high!!! Screw it!!!

The building has a crack in the outer West wall (park side). Rainwater comes through the crack and pools on the 5th floor in apt 501. There are many apts that have flooded and are uninhabitable. They remain vacant as opposed to being fixed. I hope this this building doesn't collapse like the one in Surfside. ZERO STARS - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! News story from 8/31/20 highlighting broken pipes and flooded apartments with no fix in sight. My father lives in these apartments and has gone without a working stove for over 3 weeks during the pandemic, from August 2020 to present. He is a veteran and pays 1/3 of his social security to live here. He has left messages that are supposed to be responded to within 24 hours it's been 3 weeks and no response. He cannot and should not have to live on microwave food alone. He also has no kitchen light and cannot reach the fixture to remove the globe and change the bulb. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
