I am really disappointed in this Starbucks. I live nearby and frequent 3-6 times per week ordering through the mobile app. Over the last 6 months, there have been multiple occasions where you can only pick up through the drive thru and the lobby is completely closed, without notice. If the app stated the lobby was closed, I could have made a more informed choice as a customer. This gives me the option of waiting in the drive thru for over an hour, or leaving my order without a refund. The employees here are always polite and friendly, this is not their fault. I wish corporate would make an effort to be more transparent when ordering on the mobile app, or simply not accept mobile orders. I can’t imagine how many customers either left their orders without refund, or were late to work.
