Disappointed with the little attention specialists give their patients. In the first place, there are many psychologists who misguide their patients, fill their heads with ideas that are not verified by the reality of the patient. My experience here was that, all the time I was badly advised by my psychologist, which led me to go through harsh experiences and my case manager was a total failure, I did not have the slightest idea of how to connect with accessible resources in my community. I just had to go to google and search for my resources myself and was able to find them when the ineptitude of the case manager and the psychologist did not allow them. So what does a patient desperate for help do when this happens? Here in this agency they must speak clearly with their employees and train them to do things right. It is not telling your patient that another client of yours did this and it came out in such a way because my case is not the same as your patient's, nor is it telling your patient to perform a certain action without knowing if the patient is ready, it is not pressuring It's up to the patient to make decisions, it's up to the patient to make decisions when they're ready, and case managers make connections with agencies and googling so people have the resources they need. After everything I've been through, I understood that for the employees of this agency I'm just another number to fill their pockets with money.

Horrible! My child has had extremely strong situations and a month and a half later they have not assigned him a professional. I called because the child had a crisis and they told me that they could not advance or do anything. That I just had to wait. What a shame because we are talking about the mental health of a minor.

TERRIBLE !!!’ It saddens me that a profession that specializes in something so important like mental health is so careless in their practice . I called months ago (October 2021 ) to schedule my mother for therapy and they said they would call back 24/48 hrs to do intake . I had to call back myself to get her initial intake over the phone . Then they said 5-6 weeks to see the actual therapist . Well we’ve been patiently waiting for nothing !!!!! I called today and after a 14 minute hold I get a runaround about which office … that they can’t find her in the system … maybe I have the wrong office ??? Then it’s well I see here you want Altamonte office , they’re not scheduling till February.. is that a joke ??? February!!! I’ve been waiting since October . This is horrific !!! You leave people on hold like they are not important . You need more compassionate caring people working in these offices . It’s incredibly difficult to decide to seek help but it’s impossible when you’re being treated like trash by the very professionals that are supposed to help .

Yes they do, my son used to come here all the time with that insurance.
Go there help him. I recommend Sully therapist. She is very good.
