The asking price was very competitive and the staff was efficiently helpful. It was a refreshing experience when compared to the misleading internet sales tactics used by others (hidden fees, non optional options packages, reconditioning fees). Moreover, the team of employees at this location are honest and hard working. Thanks again to Jeremy, Noel, and Ramon for all of your help with our vehicle purchase.

I didn't have much luck with this company, my name is Leonardo Soares I bought my car with very high interest rates and still with a problem with the engine that appeared even before completing 1 month of use. So I looked for hertz to solve my problem, but I was surprised with the answer that I should activate the insurance that I made at the time of purchase, so I activated the insurance, took the car to carry out the repair and after exactly 15 days, the insured that I'm going to pay for a long 72 months doesn't authorize the repair and I'm paying the installments and not using the car. I looked for Hertz after sales and they told me that they can't do anything, I'm feeling cheated by Hertz carsales. Be very careful with this company

Well I bought my car from them a couple months ago 2019 Chevy Malibu for 18 Grand. When it was all said and done it was about 27,000 I put $10,000 down. Couple months down the road wasn't feeling right about the car so I wanted to sell it out right so I tried carvana and come to find out that this car was in an accident airbags deployed that's why the bumpers messed up on the sides they told me it was just cosmetics. Come and find out it was in a car accident so I called these people back up because carvana only offered me $10,000 for a car that I had a balance of $16,000 on. Call them spoke with person that sold me the car she was supposed to call me back I was told that they don't sell cars that been in accidents. I've called two or three times and no one has called me yet. So they sold me a car at full price as if there was nothing wrong with it competing the same price with other cars that same mileage and year. So they sold me a car at full price and it's got a insurance claim on it and I can't get full value on it because it's been in a car wreck... Do I need a lawyer somebody please..
