I have been a member for over 12 years. I used to be able to book appointments within a day or two which works for me. I have over 15 pre-paid one hours massages that I pay for monthly. My home store is Winter Garden. I haven’t been able to book a massage there in several years. I usually have to go to Kissimmee or Dr. Phillips. Right now there are no appointments available for a massage until July. Especially if you want a 90min massage. I need to cancel my membership, but when I do, I lose my pre-paid massages. That is around $900 lost. Massage Envy used to be a great program. Not anymore.

I have been a member here for five years. About a year ago, they apparently lost a significant number of therapists, including my regular therapist. Since that time I have not been able to make an appointment. Everything time I have tried, they said they were fully booked out for a month. I called on Wednesday (May 25) and they said the next available appointment was after July 1. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership and they said they would email me a form to fill out. They never sent the form and so I called back today. I have a large number of credits I will lose by canceling but it doesn't do any good to have credits if you can't use them. I suggest you go to a different location or, if you use this one, don't become a member.
