Great group of folks that enjoy helping customers and talking guns. Definitely a solid gun spot for north Jax. They have a fair amount of inventory and also are great to deal with for transfers. The range allows rifles as well as pistols, even though it's not a long range, it is good to know you can bring your rifle to break it in or test things out when you can't get to the outdoor ranges that are far away.

The good staff members Cramped and therefore dangerous. They charge you a fee if you do not buy ammo from them, They do not let you pick up your own brass, they do not allow steel cased ammo because its supposedly a fire hazard. (I think they just dont want to sort the brass before selling it) they charge per guest and not per firing lane, and on busy days there is a 1 hr limit on the range. Please dont think I am an angry customer, because I am not, just saying as compared to other inside gun ranges it is a little lack luster

Yes, however there are some restrictions on ammo, no hollow points, tracers, armor piercing, steel casings, reloads. Enjoy exercising your rights.
They have new rules that are not yet posted anywhere that I can find. Children. Must be 16 to shoot. Turned away my son and I today. Not Happy.
Sorry, I didn't approach the counter in the very back of the space to further inquire as to their skills. I was there to check out their range capabilities. In regards to gunsmith work I would seriously consider Gun Gallery on Beach Blvd. They are serious about serving their clientele and are a full service gun store. I bought a gun on line and used them as an FFL and they were most gracious about it. I plan on taking that same gun to them to see if they can relax the very stiff spring a little to make racking it less of a chore, especially if in a serious situation, being I'm a senior.
