The customer service guy at the store was rude and disrespectful I came in filled out my envelopes went to the window it was a couple minutes after noon He rudely said that ain't got a stamp on it and I done put my stuff up. I tried to explain this is legal work can I please mail it. He said we're closed and slammed the window on me

If I could give 0 stars I would! I walked in before 5 to ship a package, I couldn’t get my QR code to pop up so they can print a label.. I asked if there was a way they could look it up and she says nope..the lady says rudely that they close in one minute.. sure enough 5pm I hear her say is it time? And then without even saying a word to me they just shut the garage like door and I had to walk out. I get wanting to leave right on the dot…(I work in a customer service based field) but not very professional or customer service friendly to not say anything to me before shutting the door. I won’t ever go here again.

There is a lady that works here with short black hair and glasses that needs to find a non customer facing job lol she was EXTREMELY rude for no reason what so ever. I approached the desk to hand over some packages I was returning. I had printed off the return labels and taped them to each package. One package was a bag so the label itself was slightly crinkled. She tossed it back at me and said “I don’t know what you want me to do I can’t scan this, the label is too messed up” and I said “is it because it’s slightly crinkled? “ and she stared at me and said “it won’t scan” and I said “okay, well can I take the label off and flatten it? What can I do to try and fix it” and she’s tossed her hands up and looked at her co worker who then proceeded to help me in a very calm and kind manner. After this she yanked the packages back and said “that’s it” and walked off. The hostility at 8:30 am was too much, hope her day gets better lol

This Post office is very unprofessional. Sent all our mail back after being told we had until the end of month. Don't make promises you can't keep.

We are contract employees and always need subs I am looking for a sub but it's not full time it would be a day or 2 a week but u can also get on with other contractors as a sub on other routes to make u have more days a week but my route can off possibly 2 a week

Because everyone is so lazy they dont want to stand up and get the phone🤣🤣
Probably because there are usually only one or two clerks working and the front desk is always busy, they have the mail to put out, and there are plenty of things needing doing in the back. They don't just sit near the phone. It doesn't appear that the postmaster is available all that much. Cut them some slack, it's like yelling at a cashier in a convenience store working alone that his line is too long, NOT his fault. AND.....no I don't work for the postal service and never have!
