In all us shops, different master cards / visas from different banks in the EU are rejected without reason.

Every item I have ordered in the past year has been a nightmare. Right now I am waiting for a sweater poncho that was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago. It's still sitting in a Fedex depot in Georgia. No one can tell me what's happening or why. Use caution when dealing with this comapny.

I placed an order for a maxi dress that was shown as a "new arrival". I wanted it to wear to my son's wedding and so I then bought matching accessories and shoes. My order has not arrived and when I called Chico's they said it is on back order for another month because it's not something that has arrived to their store yet. All they can offer is to cancel the order which isn't any consolation and it will be too late for the wedding! When I ordered the dress there was no indication it would be on back order and it said "new arrival". How can they advertise something for sale as a new arrival and they don't even have it in stock yet? This is false advertising and I won't shop with them again.

I certainly am unable to give Chico's even 1 star because of the time it takes to get a return credited to your credit card. It has been over 6 weeks since I returned some items that either didn't fit or the quality was not what I would accept. I was told that the amount of my return had been refunded to my credit card, which it has been. When I called customer service, I was told maybe it would take a few days for my credit card company to post the return, which is not so. I was told the other amount that should be credited to a gift card in a few days. This is totally unacceptable. I did try to call headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, but was unable to talk to anyone. Just lost a long time customer!
