Love the Kelly Park campground.

This place is amazing. Pros: plenty of shade, clean bathrooms, nice showers, good staff, you can go to the spring any time, nice hiking trails, good space in between campgrounds, peaceful, no heavy noises at night. friendly neighbors, cool playground if you have kids who are active, easy navigation. Cons: Small campground, you better go fast before it fills up quickly, no pets allowed which could also be a good thing. Overall, best campground I ever went to.

They vary depending on need. A standard tent camping site is about $20 and includes water and power.
Yes, excluding some holidays.
In Fl they are bad when its hot. In fall and winter not bad.
Water and electric at our site would have to call to find out if they have full hook up sites
They have campsites big enough for full size RV pull in. I camped there with my high top campervan, but there were other, much larger RVs parked near me. It's not boondocking; it's somewhere around $25 per night
There are plenty of areas to picnic. If you wish for a pavilion for larger parties, you must make a reservation.
Don't go without a float of some sort like we did, ha! We started at the headwaters and made it to the swimming area and after a few bumps along the way, definitely recommend a float!
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this park or the camp grounds.
No, it's not free. I think it was about $23 a night.
