I enjoy living at The Yards at Fieldside Village. I normally do these reviews periodically and this time I just want to shed light on the maintenance manger Sean. Whenever I have encountered a issue that needed to be address in my apartment home Sean has provided quick and prompt service. He seems very knowledgeable about his work. He is very polite and courteous. He always make sure to clean up after himself. I’m glad that he’s apart of your team. He provides great service.

We are going on 6 years here at the Yards and love it! The main reason is it has all we need and all the amenities we could use. I love the socials and planned community food truck events and holiday events. It is great to have and an elevator, valet trash pickup at my door and maintenance assistance with very basic needs. I haven't bought a light bulb in my time here. Everyone is so nice here and the staff is very helpful. I especially appreciate the hard work Carlos does to keep our building clean and looking pristine. And it is conveniently located to everything.

I have been a resident here for about 6 months now and I must say this is by far the best rental property I have ever stayed at. Takeysa usually assists me when I call or have any issues. She is very professional and prompt. I am very big on customer service so when I say she goes above and beyond, I’m not exaggerating. She always follows up or make sure someone else in the office follow up with any concerns I have. I definitely feel like I am getting my money worth at this residence. The interior common areas are always well kept and clean. Community is very quiet. I do wish there were assigned parking spaces but nonetheless, I love it here. If you’re looking to move here, definitely ask for Takeysa she will not disappoint you.

My stay at the Yards was the best experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. The community is kind, the buildings are well maintained, and the staff is hardworking. Carlena in the front office is very kind and professional and helped my move go swimmingly. I am glad I had the experience to stay at the Yards.
