We just moved to Summerlin from our previous apartment in Bear, DE and had the pleasure of working with both Emily and Dominique. Both ladies were so helpful throughout the entire process and professional and VERY communicative which we loved because we always had last minute questions. We have only been living here 3 days but are really loving it. The neighborhood is quiet, plentiful parking spaces, lots of options to shop/eat nearby, and we just love how the staff makes the effort to know who you are. Everyone down to the maintenance team has been nothing but amazing! Love the open floor plan and amount of storage space that we get!

Super excited to move in! Emily has helped us throughout the whole process so far, and she is super sweet, accommodating and thorough. The community is very quiet, clean, and it is in a prime location (lots of shopping, almost immediate access to I-95, etc.) The units (although I am basing my knowledge off of the model we viewed, which is what our floorplan will look like) are super upscale, and the price point is great in comparison to the area we currently live in. Definitely get more bang for your buck! I'll update as time goes along after we move in, but so far I highly recommend! Update: We've been living here for almost 2 months now and we love it! DJ and Charlie (I believe, I've only met him once) are super sweet and accommodating and quick to reply to maintenance requests, and the ladies in the office, Emily, and unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the other woman in the office yet, are extremely friendly and responsive as well! The pool is awesome, the gym is great, and we love the billiards table in the Clubhouse too. Our neighbors are also wonderful. A huge upgrade from our last apartment complex. We couldn't be happier here and are really looking forward to staying here for a while!

Update November 2020. Upon termination of my lease ending this month thankfully. I made a reasonable request just inside 30 days for an exit inspection to occur within five (5) days upon termination. Management declined my request. I researched this further and learned that through the MD Attorney General's office, management has to disclose such information and if they do not, then they cannot withhold a Security Deposit. This is good information and I was happy to share it with the Harford County Office of Disability Services. When do big corporations realize that diversity and inclusion, along with being receptive to the ADA guidelines for people with disabilities is critical to upholding ethical responsibility? It's unfortunate that my negative feedback has had an impact on reviewers because I too as a consumer, rely on reading responsible feedback to make informed decisions. Even during this update there are vacant units in my bldg. and floor and one has been vacant for more than 2 weeks. How does that convey urgency in lieu of a reasonable request. I am excited to relocate to the next community which provides ALL amenities to its tenants. More so I am hopeful that our County governance will uphold their efforts to ensure leadership of this management company is held accountable. (disclaimer: this negative feedback is a reflection of management at its highest level, not at Maintenance where DJ and AJ are doing their best amid a pandemic and with only limited resources afforded them by their own leadership) Update as of July 2020 With the current environment, tenants are now spending their majority of both professional and personal time in their units. Trash has become unsightly and fills quickly (sometimes broken glass around the dumpster inside the gate), strangers who are not residents of the community afford themselves in vacant unit patios and the community itself has lost the care it once embodied. In addition, while most residential apartment communities comparable to ROS, they have all provided amenities to their residences at 50% and that includes the swimming pool. They used to have a caring team and it appears that now we are at 100% occupancy, the level of service has diminished along with the amenities. Even the FMV was increased for renewals and tenants in good standing are not provided with anything but a higher rent and less accommodations and amenities. As someone with disabilities, even a request to end the lease term only 60 days earlier in a 2nd year as a tenant and was denied. This was to provide ease in relocation since the cold weather can be prohibitive with disabilities. No doubt that tenant retention is not a value that this Development Group has interest. Very disappointed. 2019-Great team of professionals! Caring and supportive to their tenants and this community is efficient and definitely the best in the area to support the growth of the community.
