Nastiest customer service from who ever the reception women was who answered the phone for some odd reason, you would think veteran services would be a lot friendlier to answer a veterans questions but instead I got a snippiest response. I really hope who ever the women was who answered the phone with an attitude is replaced by someone who has actual customer service skills and can represent the VA services a lot better.
