Horrible service, they tell you to drop off something and you don’t need an appointment, but You Do! So if it’s time sensitive, you could be doing the test over again and insurance won’t pay. They do not help. Slow and unprofessional.

Needed a tb quantiferon test for work. Scheduled my appointment, arrived. Was told that i needed to purchase the test online first then schedule it. Sat in the waiting room and saw the test wasn't available for purchase online. Showed the lady my phone she couldn't find it either. She saw it suggested using the chat function to speak with quest. I clicked on it but its no longer an option. So i then sat in my car and called, but its only an automated machine for making appointments or getting results. I asked the system to speak to someone and they said they couldn't do that. So i went online and found Any Lab Test Now 5 mins away. I went on schedule an appointment paid for it, was in and out 10 mins. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I booked an appointment online and my name was called after less than 10 minutes. The surrounding is clean. The staffs are nice and professional specially Tasha! She made me feel like family. I definitely recommend this place.
