Easy and quick. I’m leaving this review because there are so many bad reviews. In my experience if you: make and appointment, bring ID, Insurance card, and your lab work paper it will be a routine experience. They were pretty nice as well. Do not be dismayed by the bad reviews- just bring your paperwork! It is weird that the check in is only through tablets, but honestly it moved quick.

The new online check in makes waiting non existent for appointments. I had a lovely nurse draw my blood for testing, and she made the situation a great one. I normally hate to have my blood drawn but since she was very down to earth, we began talking, and I hardly noticed the blood viles being filled. Zhayhana Smith is an intelligent and fantastic young woman to be apart of any company, and I am truly grateful for my experience with her today. She also got my vein on the first try!

Sign into Quest online, go to appointments, click on your scheduled appt and scroll down to cancel.
Any fax number for ft myers quest goes to all 3 local quest general fax.
